§ 4-98. Minors in class A licensed premises.

  • It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any licensee of a class A license under this chapter to permit or allow after 9:00 p.m. any person under the age of 21 years to enter or remain in that portion of the licensed premises where the sale, delivery or service of alcoholic liquor for consumption occurs; provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to that portion of any bowling alley or restaurant where the sale, delivery or service of alcoholic liquor is not the principal business of such licensee in any such portion of the licensed premises.
