§ 40-369. Public nuisance.

Any violation of this article, pretreatment facilities permit, or orders issued hereunder is hereby declared a public nuisance and shall be corrected or abated as directed by the director. Any person creating a public nuisance shall be subject to the provisions of this Code governing such public nuisances and/or an appropriate civil cause of action for any costs incurred in removing, abating or remedying such public nuisance.
