§ 40-336. Inspection and sampling.

The director shall have the right to enter the facilities of any user to ascertain whether the provisions of this article, including any pretreatment facilities permit issued by the IEPA or any order issued hereunder, is being met and whether the user is complying with all requirements thereof. Any user shall allow the director ready access to all parts of the user's premises for the purposes of inspection, sampling, records examination and copying, and the performance of any additional duties.
