§ 6-140. Reporting of violations.

  • It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any licensee to knowingly permit or to fail to immediately notify the police department of the village of any violation of the Criminal Code of 1961 (720 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq.) or any other criminal laws of the state or of any violation of the ordinances of the village relating to quasi-criminal offenses and/or the unlawful sale, consumption or possession of alcoholic liquor which may occur on or within any place of entertainment licensed under this article.
