§ 4-105. Sales from drive-up windows prohibited.

It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any licensee or permittee to sell or deliver any alcoholic liquor from a drive-up window in the licensed premises. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any licensee or permittee who may sell or deliver any product other than alcoholic liquor from any such drive-up window.
