§ 4-1. Adoption of Liquor Control Act by reference.

All provisions of the Liquor Control Act applicable to the licensing, sale, delivery, transfer, possession or consumption of alcoholic liquor within the corporate limits of the village are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set forth in this chapter, with such additions, deletions and changes, if any, as may otherwise be specifically provided for in this chapter. In the event of any conflict between the Liquor Control Act and any provision of this chapter, the applicable provision of this chapter shall control.
