§ 40-237. Special agreement.

The village reserves the right to enter into special agreements with any user setting out special terms under which any such user may discharge to the wastewater facilities. In no event shall any such special agreement waive compliance with any pretreatment standards of pretreatment requirements. However, any user may request a net gross adjustment to any pretreatment standards in accordance with 40 CFR 403.15 and may also request a variance from any pretreatment standards from EPA or IEPA, as the case may be.
