§ 38-213. Abandoned vehicles prohibited on public streets and property.

It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any person to knowingly or intentionally abandon any motor vehicle, or to otherwise allow, permit or cause such motor vehicle to be or remain an abandoned vehicle under this article, on any street or highway or other municipal property in the village.
