§ 38-182. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to provide for the fair and efficient enforcement of traffic regulations concerning the standing and parking of vehicles through an administrative adjudication of violations of such regulations within the village, including a uniform schedule of fines and penalties and the authority and procedures for the collection of any such unpaid fines and penalties.
