§ 20-314. Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 20-309, 20-310 or 20-311 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $75.00 nor more than $750.00 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation of [sections] 20-309, 20-310 or 20-311 continues.
