§ 1-6. Provisions construed as continuations of existing ordinances.

Latest version.

The provisions appearing in this Code, so far as they are substantially the same as those of "Revised Ordinances of Rantoul of 1977," and those of all other ordinances existing at the time of the adoption of this Code shall be construed as a continuation thereof and not as new enactments.
