A certain document, at least three copies of which are and have remained on file for
a period of 30 days prior to the adoption of the ordinance from which this article
is derived in the office of the village clerk, being marked and designated as Illinois
Plumbing Code (77 Ill. Admin. Code 890), as promulgated and published by the state
department of public health be and is hereby adopted as the plumbing code (the "state
plumbing code") of the village, for the design and installation of plumbing systems,
including sanitary and storm drainage, sanitary facilities, water supplies and stormwater
and sewage disposal in buildings and structures as herein provided, and each and all
of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the state plumbing code are
hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this article,
with such additions, amendments, insertions and deletions, if any, prescribed in section 10-203.
