§ 10-301. Additions, amendments, insertions and deletions.

The following sections of the fuel gas code are hereby revised as follows:

Section 101.1. Insert Section 101.1 Title: "Village of Rantoul, Champaign County, Illinois," for [Name of Jurisdiction].

Section 103. Amend Section 103 Department of Inspection: The office of the village inspector, as that office is authorized, established and provided for in chapter 2, article IV, division 3 of the village Code, shall be the designated authority charged with the administration and enforcement of this code and all references in this code to the "building official" shall be deemed and construed to be references to the "village inspector."

Section 106.5.2. Add Section 106.5.2 Fee Schedule: The schedule of fees for work shall be in the amount established from time to time by the Village Board.

Section 106.5.3. Insert Section 106.5.3 Fee Refunds:

Section 108.5. Add Section 108.5. Add Section 108.5 Violations penalties: Penalties for violations of this code shall be as specified in section 1-23 of the Village Code.

Section 108.6. Add Section 108.6: Penalties for continuing any work after having been given a stop work order shall be as specified in section 1-23 of the village Code.

Section 109. Amend Section 109 Board of Appeals: The board of code appeals, as that board is created, established and provided for in chapter 2, article IV, division 3 of the village Code, shall be the board to which any person shall have the right to appeal a decision of the village inspector under this code, and all references in this code to the "board of appeals" or the "board" shall be deemed and construed to be references to the board of code appeals.
